The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a member-supported nonprofit research and education organization dedicated to providing leadership in the responsible use of land. The ULI 40 Under 40 represent the very best young land-use professionals from around the globe.
Out of 400 applicants from around the globe, we are thrilled that Pettit was chosen to be a member of the prestigious ULI 40 Under 40 class of 2016. We simply couldn't be more proud! It is quite the accomplishment to make this list and Pettit is the only person named to the list from the State of Washington.
