We like to dream big at Pillar Properties and this year we set a really big goal for our teams. As part of our Pillar Passions program, we wanted to see if we could raise $100,000 in toys and cash for Toys for Tots. Lucky for us, our teams were up for the challenge.
We reached out to friends, family, vendors and partners and the toys came flowing in! The Toys for Tots drive is an all-out effort and with the help of the folks at our sister company Merrill Gardens, we are proud to say we smashed our goal this year. We brought in $115,000 in toys and cash, beating last year's total by $35,000! .
Our properties held special events and residents pitched in with lots of toy donations too.

This is our sixth year supporting Toys for Tots and we are proud to partner with such a terrific organization - 97% of the cash proceeds go directly to providing holiday cheer to children in need. As a longtime family company, we feel honored to make a difference in the lives of less fortunate youngsters in our area.
