We started out the month with a Waffle Brunch. We went all out and brought in a professional…our favorite Waffle Lady and her famous waffle bar.
We like our residents a waffle lot!
The Meyden and The Century were recently recognized at the Emerald Awards by the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association. The Meyden was named New Development of the Year and The Century was named Community of the Year! We owe it all to our residents so we threw them a party to celebrate!

On March 14th (3.14) we celebrated Pi Day…with pi(e)! We treated our residents as they came home to their very own personal pie from our favorite local pie shop!
We're lucky to have our residents so we started off the St. Patrick's Day festivities with happy hours right in our buildings. Everyone was wearing green and getting in the St. Patrick's Day spirit.
Even our resident pets, who honestly showed us all up in the accessories department.
The kept the celebrations going the next morning with a St. Patrick's Day Pancake Breakfast for our residents!
Residents followed the smell of freshly cooked bacon to the Tekla Lounge to find our team members flipping flapjacks and serving up breakfast!
The St. Patrick's Day festivities were a fun time with team members and neighbors, we'd say we struck gold.
The month ended with a bang, National Chip and Dip Day. We think our residents are the chip to our dip, so naturally we threw a party to celebrate the holiday with our residents! The hit of the party was our team member, Perry's famous homemade salsa. We all decided life needs some spice to it, and Perry's salsa added just that.
It was a great month at Pillar Properties and we're looking forward to a Quietly Awesome April!
