2019 Emerald Awards

|

The Emerald Awards is a prestigious event hosted annually by the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) to honor excellence in the multi-family industry.

The team at Pillar Properties practices excellence every day with our shared commitment to exceptional service, we call it being Quietly Awesome.

This year we won in four major categories at the Emerald Awards - now that's Quietly Awesome!

We are incredibly proud of our individual winners and our winning property team. Having the team together at the ceremony to share in the excitement and cheer on fellow team members as they took the stage made the evening even more special.

Community of the Year - The 101

We are bursting with pride for the long-time team at The 101! We attribute this win to the team members for their loyalty to the community and commitment to resident satisfaction.

Community Manager of the Year - Pascal Coufal and Matt Stibbs

It was a sweep for Pillar Properties in this category - Pascal Coufal from The Century (151-300 units) and Matt Stibbs from Stadium Place (301+ units). Both share their passion for the work they do with their teams and the residents. Pascal's creativity and Matt's drive have added value and community to the resident experience, inspiring their teams to follow their lead.

Maintenance Supervisor of the Year - Joel Sanders

As the maintenance supervisor at The Meyden, not only are Joel's technical and customer service skills impressive, he shines as a leader. Joel has mentored The Meyden maintenance team to consistently exceed resident expectations. We frequently hear from residents about the outstanding work performed by Joel and his team.

It was quite a night - Matt's face says it all! Congratulations to the 2019 Emerald Award winners.
