As a Pillar Properties Concierge, you are the friendly face who welcomes residents home and greets visitors to the community.

The Concierge attends to the needs of residents to build community and enhance their daily experience.  For you, it's building a remarkable relationship with someone and showing them your passion for interacting with all types of people.

This is a part-time position, working up to 24-hours per week. The schedule is Wednesday – Thursday, 9am to 1pm and Saturday – Sunday, 9am to 6pm but is subject to change based on operational needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodations
  • Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, prospects, and vendors
  • Display professional telephone etiquette and message delivery
  • Accurately log resident packages, ensure timely delivery and perform package inventory audits as required
  • Monitor lobby at all times as well as surveillance cameras as necessary to ensure resident safety and security
  • Assist in the scheduling and completion of all amenities’ requests including guest suite reservations, amenity space reservations, dry-cleaning pick-ups and drop-offs, event planning, grocery and package delivery, housekeeping, etc.
  • Walk the premises exterior and interior entry areas to ensure the highest standards are being met

What You Bring

  • 1 year of experience in customer service-related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and make concise decisions under pressure
  • Experience with YARDI or property management software preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective operations for an exceptional experience to residents and visitors
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to self-assess for accuracy and identify alternative scenarios
  • Be organized, proactive, productive, and self-motivated, showing a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle ambiguous situations, highly motivated self-starter that is comfortable working alone
  • Ability to work weekends or maintain a flexible schedule
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
